This month the Greenside Recreational team members were fortunate enough to tour the Solstice facility in Seattle. This i-502 producer was founded in 2011 with a goal of providing premium products at a reasonable price.
Solstice helped to develop the original collective garden model for Washington State, and was the first to be granted a permit by the state. Founders hope to move the business in a progressive, environmentally sustainable direction by transitioning small batch production from lamp-light to greenhouse growing. The indoor facility would then be utilized for genetic development. As of 2015, Solstice introduced three in-house designed strains to the recreational market. The cannabis company continues to build its pot genetics bank and currently has one of the largest in the world.
Every batch of Solstice cannabis is hand-manicured and screened for microbial corruption, as well as tested for terpene and cannabinoid profiles. Try one of their tasty flower strains like Blueberry Cheesecake or Sour Diesel, to experience the difference of high quality plant care.
