Definitely a cut above the standard burrito-slinging joint (not that we’re against that!), Maven has adopted to the COVID-19 reality with expertly prepared and packaged meals. Look for handcrafted but hearty entrees like their “epic” lasagna, savory Chicken Marbella—an unusual classic braised with dried fruit and green olives—and all sorts of fresh and enticing seasonal veggies, grain-based sides and salads.
